Frank Chen’s entrepreneurial story began in 2014 when he opened a modest 10-square-meter store on Wulumuqi South Road in Shanghai. Initially named The Collection, reflecting his belief that each shoe is a unique piece of art. In 2019, to better convey the brand’s philosophy, it was rebranded as Heelz.
